As a true-blue Peranakan, inspired by the traditions and culture of a unique group of descendants from early China, Baba Pach and Nyonya Vivien, embrace these values and create a unique platform for the world to experience its history, culture, traditions, language and most importantly its outstanding bomb-burst flavors cuisine.

Baba Pach, a Singaporean, with roots from Batu Berendam, Malacca has ancestral history records from as far back as the 1800s when his Great Grandfather arrived from Fuchian, China. He settled in Batu Empat, Malacca.

Nyonya Vivien Yapp, having Singaporean Peranakan ancestry roots from the 1850s, embraces the Peranakan culture and tradition and dons the Sarong Kebaya with her daughter, Sephina.

Rumah Peranakan, a unique concept whereby visitors can experience dining on a Tok Panjang with a variety of Peranakan cuisines, is set on a beautiful Peranakan-inspired theme. Contact Baba Pach for more information about Rumah Peranakan.
